- Sample preparation:
- DNA: 100 ng to 1 ug in <120 uL of 10mM Tris, pH 8 with cold pack
- RNA: 100 ng to 1 ug in a wet ethanol pellet on dry ice
*ALL nucleic acids should be sent via overnight shipping
- The Genomics Core has implemented a tiered system in which COBRE investigator projects are given the highest priority, followed by non-COBRE OMRF research projects, and finally be external users. However, due to the high capacity of the Genomics Core, priority conflicts are rarely an issue.
